Delivery

What are the shipping costs ? 

  • The delivery cost will calculate on the CHECK OUT page.
  • The shipping cost for order under €75 is €5 in the Netherlands 
  • Free shipping for orders above €75,- in The Netherlands , Belgium and Germany

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

1. Check the estimated delivery date

If you are from the Netherlands, Your order mostly takes 2-3 working days. In Europe 5-6 working days and other continent it can takes up to 20 days. 

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To see the progress of your order, check your tracking.

2. I’m still waiting for my order

Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

Return & Refund

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.

After that?

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. ( info@zamin.nl)

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund!

If this is the case please get in touch with us via info@zamin.nl and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. Please make sure that you include your order number and any item details relating to the refund when you get in touch.

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Yes! You can combine your returns and send back items from different orders in the same parcel.  Please inform us about your return products via email includes your order numbers. ( info@zamin.nl)

Order issues

I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please first contact us via info@zamin.nl 

We will send you post label for faulty item and please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.

I’ve received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to us and we’ll refund you if it’s incorrect. Or we send you the right item right away to you.

To create your return for incorrect item, simply contact us via info@zamin.nl , We will send you post label.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We’re sorry there’s an item missing from your order. Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It’s worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we’ve sent you an email about this.

If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know as soon as possible via info@zamin.nl ,we’ll do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Our aim is to send your order as soon as possible. From the time you place your order you can cancel your order up to 2 hours after submitting your order.

I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?

If you’ve cancelled an order , then we won’t have taken any money for your order. Depending on which payment method you selected at checkout, the time it takes for the money to become available again can vary:

  • Credit or debit card – your payment provider will reserve the funds ready for us to take. You may notice the amount on your bank statement with a ‘Pending or Reserved status’.
  • iDeal – Mostley it takes 2-3 working days. 
  • Gift voucher – this will be locked back on to your account within 72 hours of the order being cancelled.
  • Klarna – you’ll receive an updated version of your invoice within 24 hours of the order being cancelled.

If the funds have not been released after 10 working days, please get in touch with us ( info@zamin.nl) and we’ll look into it further for you.

At ZAMIN we find safe shopping important. That’s why we have protected our website with the latest and best techniques and we choose to only use secure payment methods. Your payment data is encrypted using the SSL method. We accept payments via iDeal, credit card , Apple Pay and Klarna.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order couldn’t be easier, simply follow these steps.

1. Click Add to bag to place the item you want to buy in your bag.

2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag icon to view the items in your bag and to pay. If you’re happy with the items in your bag, clickCheckout.

3. Fill all the information that is needed.

4. Review and confirm the items in your order.

5. If you have a coupon to spend, you’ll need to enter this under the coupon tab.

6. Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.

7. Confirm your payment method and Place Order.

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. 

How can I pay for my order?

How does Pay later with Klarna work ?

Pay Later with Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later, meaning you only have to pay for the items that you keep.

Who can use Pay Later with Klarna?

  • Customers with a billing and delivery address registered in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
